Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PawVanta. We currently ship to customers within the United States.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible United States orders.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has shipped, estimated delivery is approximately 7–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of inventory availability, carrier delays, severe weather, customs clearance, holidays, or an incorrect shipping address.

Tracking Information

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking may take several business days to begin showing movement after the shipping label is created.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

PawVanta is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Please contact us if your tracking has not updated for an extended period or if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period. We will investigate the shipment with our fulfillment provider and carrier.

A replacement or refund may be offered when a package is confirmed lost.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check around the delivery location.
  2. Ask household members or neighbors.
  3. Contact the local delivery carrier.
  4. Contact PawVanta if the package remains missing.
